Goodbye Alice

Lost my last kitty today. Alice was 18 years old, and a sweet small thing. She was rescued from Bidwell Park, and adopted by us in 1999. We loved having her with us, and will miss her a lot! At one time we had nine cats, not we have none.

Visual learner that I am, I enjoy taking photos, seeing others photos, and sharing them with all of you.
How I view the world may influence others to see more clearly that the world I live in is truly a beautiful and spectacular place. I hope I can share my sense of wonder with others. I see the world in beauty, awe, reverence and wonder.

Truly, I am an amateur who loves to look at my world, marvel at its beauty, diversity, and I capture a slice for myself to remember and share. Surely I get inspired by the work I see from other photographers and it moves me to try new things.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet kitty. 18 is a good long life. We lost one that was over 18, and it was so sad. I've never had more than four at a time, but I would have nine or more if I could. I hope you will get another one. I guess that makes me a crazy cat lady, even with my three.
